"Light Up Together" — three-night OT corporate New Year at Steppe Arena.
Three-night Oyu Tolgoi corporate New Year party series under the theme "Light Up Together", for roughly 3,900 employees across Dec 13, 21, and 27 of 2023 at Steppe Arena. We handled venue concept, programming, on-site execution, and shuttle-bus logistics from Mongon Guur Hospital and Monnis Tower on a 30–50 minute loop, running 4–6 buses per night.
